Delivery Costs

Please refer to the checkout for exact costs. We offer both Next Day and 2 - 3 Day delivery services.


Delivery Timescales

Our delivery timescales are based upon working days (Monday - Friday). Our cut-off point for Next Working Day Delivery is 11:30am. Orders placed on a weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the following Monday (or next working day in the instance of a bank holiday) and subject to the same delivery timescales as an order placed on the Monday morning.  For instance an order placed on Saturday for Next Working Day will be processed on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday. Whilst we endeavor to ship all items to the customer within 2 - 3 days, in some circumstances this is not possible and we will notify you if this is the case. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at the checkout and we will not be held liable for any orders that are lost due to this.

For your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused and unopened item(s) in their original packaging to ‘Trampoline’ accompanied with the receipt / invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind. Please contact us for the returns address to ensure we receive the return to the correct location, any returns sent to the incorrect address will not be refunded. We are not held responsible for customers who have ordered an incorrect size. In these circumstances a £25 restocking fee will be charged to cover our costs upon receipt of your return.


Prices & VAT

All prices are displayed in £’s sterling and include VAT at 20%. The prices and terms & conditions set out in this website are correct at the time of publishing.  On the rare occasion where there is an error with product details or pricing, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunit when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to keep prices consistent with those printed in our catalogue, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation (e.g. VAT), currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.



Payment can be made securely online using one of the following methods: 1) Visa / MasterCard / Visa Electron / Maestro / Solo.
If preferred you may print out an order form and submit your order together with payment via Cheque or Postal Order. Please make payable to ‘Trampoline’, ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse (Please allow 3 working days for cheque clearance). We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as ‘Trampoline’ will not be held responsible for any losses. NB. Payment debited at order acceptance.



All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item.



We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.


Part Delivery / Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 7 days of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries. Please contact us for a returns reference which needs to be given by us for all returns and refunds.


Returns Procedure

All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company before they get sent back to us. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. All goods must be returned at the senders expense. Please contact us to ensure you have the correct returns address. Any returns that are sent back to us that are not accompanied by a returns reference given by us, will not be accepted.

Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we’ll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
